This document is intended to provide complete information on the purposes and methods with which the personal data of the visitor will be processed, in compliance with the current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003). This information refers exclusively to the data of those who interact with the services accessible from the home page without extending to other websites eventually reached by the user through the links on the site.
The portal collects and uses the personal data of its users according to the rules in accordance with current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Place of data processing
The data related to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of the owner of this website or third parties that are adequately certified and are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (various documentation, reports, answers to questions, publications, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in the case where this is necessary for this purpose (service of sending publications).

We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.
Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
Purposes and methods of treatment
The registration data provided by users are collected and used by means of IT tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

Communication and dissemination of identification data

Guidelines
This website was designed and built following the WCAG 2.0 guidelines set by the W3C International Standard WAI, consistent with the WCAG 2.0 – level AA accessibility requirements.
Furthermore, the points of control guideline and the Technical Verification defined by the Law of 9 January 2004 n. 4 “Provisions to facilitate access by disabled persons to IT tools” and its recent update of the Ministerial Decree of 20 have been implemented and applied. March 2013 “Attachment A. Technical rules governing access to educational and training tools for disabled pupils”.
The principles that have guided the creation of this website have been defined on the basis of the W3C WAI guidelines, among the main ones:
– only the technologies specified by the W3C guidelines were used;
– for each visual audio content a content has been provided which, once presented to the user, performs essentially the same function or achieves the same purpose of the original content;
– we did not rely solely on colors, in this way the text and graphics are understandable even if consulted without color;
– markers and style sheets were used appropriately;
– the layout has been designed and guarantees independence from the various devices (connected to the responsive mode);
– clear and consistent navigation mechanisms have been designed and provided in order to increase the probability that a person can find on the portal what he is looking for;
tables have been inserted with the right markers so that the browsers and the various user agents can transform them according to the need.
All the pages of the site have been tested have passed the HTML5 validation carried out with the W3C Validator and their compliance with the accessibility requirements indicated by the Italian law with the Vamolà service was also checked.

For the reference browsers, account was taken of the main data used by the market in 2016 and those that received a base score of more than 100 at the official HTML5 test, as follows:
